Initial Configuration

To enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization, please contact our support team with an initial request to configure your account for SSO. As part of the setup, we will require your Identity Provider’s metadata to finalize the configuration. This metadata is critical for establishing SSO via SAML and can typically be accessed via an HTTPS URL. It includes certificate details and other key configuration data. Once we receive your metadata URL, our system will automatically keep the metadata up to date, reducing the need for manual updates from your IT team.

RecruitiFi Consumer Metadata Endpoint

Our service provider’s metadata contains all the necessary information, such as service URLs and public keys, to ensure secure communication between your Identity Provider and our system.

Assertion Consumer Service URL (ACS URL)

The Assertion Consumer Service URL (ACS URL) is the endpoint where the Identity Provider will send the authentication response after verifying the user’s identity. This includes the user’s assertion and credentials, which will be validated to grant access.

Name Identifier Format

We expect the following format for the Name Identifier:
  • Name Identifier Format: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress
